Withdrawal of funds is only available to customers who have met all the documentation requested by the Customer Care Center as backup and have a validated account.
In order to protect all parties from fraud, QSmart Limited will only process withdrawals of funds toward the original deposit source according to the following withdrawals priority procedure:
All withdrawal requests will be completed within the term from 24 to 48 hours; however, all withdrawal requests sent will be reflected instantly in the customer trading account as pending withdrawals. In the event the client selects an incorrect withdrawal method, the client's request will be processed according to the withdrawal priority procedure described above.
All the client’s withdrawal requests will be processed in the currency in which the deposit was originally made. If the deposit currency is different from the currency of the transfer, the amount to be transferred shall be converted by QSmart Limited to the transfer currency at the current exchange rate.
